A sloped driveway shouldn’t keep you from having a double gate that opens smoothly and stays secure.

We built this gate to swing inward with the slope, secured the frames to the gate posts with 6-inch lag screws, and drilled a small hole in the concrete so the drop rod seats firmly in place. That gives the gate a secure stopping point when the wind picks up.

A fence designed to stand out in the neighborhood while giving the homeowners the privacy they deserve.

This Augusta project included tearing out 140 feet of old fencing and replacing it with a brand-new stockade fence built with premium pickets.

Really happy with this one—here’s a quick preview before tomorrow’s full post! We replaced 140’ of stockade fencing with a straight, smooth top line and upgraded their 8’ double gate to a 10’ double gate using steel frames. We set the gates to swing inward to accommodate the incline.
