Owning and operating a tree service is no small task and some days you just feel like everything is going wrong and then you get this email… and you remember why you work so hard and hold your standards so high!

Hi Cindy,

I just want to let you know that your guys here today are super friendly and professional. The trees they’ve gotten thru so far, look excellent as well!

The one guy saw us on our lunch walk and took 30 seconds to trim the leaves and cut down a branch to give my dog a stick (after he asked if it was OK of course). She was SO happy.

I just wanted to make sure to let you know that you have a great crew out here today and we appreciate their hard work in this hot weather.

When there’s a city in crisis- and a brother business in need- we send in the BIG guns! My crew has been working from dawn til nightfall in Cincinnati OH getting trees off roofs, cleaning up big fallen trees and making order so that electric can be turned back on and people can get back to normal. This was just like the storm we saw in March 2026 and and June 2025. We are on the front lines helping communities and home owners in need! We’ve had some fun too, eating lots of good food and laughing! We’ll be heading back to the North Hills this weekend to get some much needed rest and then pick up where we left off!

Prayers appreciated as everyone is tired and it’s a long trip home with 6 big trucks, 2 chipper, and 3 trailers loaded down with a lift and 2 avants. We don’t travel light- that’s a lot of tires and a lot of miles home. Thank you Cincinatti for the great welcome! You are a beautiful place!
