So Hypothetically you are working with a Solar, roofing, air conditioning company located in Largo Florida that is located in a business park between Roosevelt and Ulmerton and McMullen booth and 19. They sign a contract with you to pay your full commissions at final funding. Final Funding has come and gone 2-4 weeks now. They then come back to you and convince you and your sales partner that in order to make everything work and for the product they need to purchase that we all need to take a cut in commissions. We agree because it’s my sales partners church we are working with and we want to make sure they get the credits they need in order for this to work out for them. They complete the installation the church receives pto( permission to operate) 12 plus weeks ago but they say they need to get the WiFi working in order for them to receive final funding. They complete this and per the sales manager at green house request final funding but say they don’t know when they are going to receive. I try to wait patiently but after two more plus weeks I call the the bank after receiving a call from my sales partner who spoke to the pastor of the church . The pastor had spoke to the bank who confirmed that they had received final funding. I speak to the representative who had assisted with the loan he confirms that the funds were paid. So we are at 4 weeks or so and funds have not been paid and they actually had their attorney reach out via email and tell me to stop harassing them and stop the defamation. They need to read the definition it’s only this if I’m lying which I’m not. I messaged there attorney back Friday December 12th since he said he would get back to me after speaking to the owner of Green House and I’ll assume the Sales Manager but total silence.
1. They didn’t install the correct product in order for the church for them to receive the rebates that they where told they old get if they installed the proper product by Green House.
2. They blocked the pastor myself and my sales partner. They wouldn’t even come to the door on the trips I made to green house prior to me knowing all this.
3. They have not paid us after receiving final funding 3-4 weeks ago or longer. The bank and the bank telling the pastor that they have been paid. All we wanted was for them to pay now this needs to revert back to the old contract with the higher commission rate since they haven’t installed the more expensive product and have a crap ton of profit in this $1,600,000.00 job. Greed and dishonesty gets you nowhere. Just reach out and tell me when you are paying us this next week.
Im sure lenders are going to want to know you srent installing the correct equipment or that you arent paying your sales people.

Lying, deception, hiding behind locked doors having a lawyer threaten you when they owe you.
Be careful who you hire to complete your installs.
