Another commercial HVAC project complete. ❄️🔥

(2) 7.5-ton York systems + mini-split installed, started up, tested, and ready to go.

A lot of work went into this one from start to finish. Proud of how everything came together.

Owner training next week, then this one is officially wrapped up. ✅

You know how it goes… HVAC guy’s house is always the last one to get done 😂

Finally got around to upgrading my own system. ❄️🔥

New equipment, cleaned up the piping and drain, and got everything installed the way I’d want it done in a customer’s home.

Can’t preach quality if you don’t do it at your own house too. 💪

Putting in the work before it all gets covered up. 💪

Underground refrigerant piping rerouted and completed. All connections brazed while flowing nitrogen, piping pressure tested, and currently holding 375 PSI.

Ready for inspection, then it’s time to pour it back in.

Quality work matters even when nobody will ever see it.

Quick Tuesday service call. 🔧❄️

Blew out a clogged condensate drain and caught the good stuff on camera. 💨🤢😂

Followed it up with a pitcher of hot water to flush the line and verify it was clear and draining properly. ✅

Clear it. Flush it. Verify it.

Doing it right before startup. 🔧❄️

Another Daikin VRV system going through the full evacuation and charging process.

4,000 microns ➡️ Nitrogen break
1,500 microns ➡️ Nitrogen break
Final evacuation ➡️ Below 500 microns
60-minute standing vacuum test ⏱️
Then ➡️ 16.3 lbs of additional R-32 refrigerant weighed in ⚖️

No shortcuts. Pressure test it, evacuate it properly, verify the hold, and weigh in the calculated charge.

Remodel work doesn’t always mean replacement. 🔧❄️

This air handler was temporarily removed to allow the remodel to move forward, then brought back in and reinstalled once the new mechanical closet was ready.

Existing equipment. New setup. Ready to keep this rental property comfortable.

Triple evacuation on a Daikin VRV system. 🔧❄️

4,000 microns ➡️ Nitrogen break
1,500 microns ➡️ Nitrogen break
Final pull below 500 microns ➡️ 60-minute hold ✅

Proper evacuation takes time, but it’s one of the most important steps in a VRV installation. Removing moisture and non-condensables before releasing the charge helps protect the system and ensures it’s ready for startup.

Do it right the first time.
