Sound on. 🔊

Just the crew, the shingles, and that nail-gun rhythm.

Chase fixed what the boss broke.

Then the boss broke it again. 😂

Good thing those fittings came in a 10-pack.

The bathroom fan was leaking—especially in winter. So we took a look in the attic. 👀

The duct took a long, winding route across the space. In this repair, we shortened that run and gave it a much more direct path to the roof vent, with the aim of reducing condensation.

Here’s the before, the work, and the finished route.

Save this for your next conversation about a dripping bathroom fan.

Here’s what changed underneath. 🛠️

New framing. New plywood. Added brackets. And vents to give this enclosed space airflow.

This is the repair where the manufactured home meets the carport. The progress photos show the framing before it was covered back up.

The wood was coming apart in our hands. 👀

At this Springfield home, a carport addition had enclosed a space without ventilation. Once we opened it up, we could see the deterioration underneath.

Part 1: what we found. Part 2: how we rebuilt it and added airflow.

A little water tells you a lot. 💧

We spotted a small bump where this manufactured home meets the awning. So we slowed down, poured a little water, and watched where it went.

The question: does it keep moving, or sit and pool?

In this spot, it kept moving. Sometimes the simplest check is the one you need to see.

Follow along for more of what we look for on the roof.

We lifted this cover and found the real problem underneath. 👀

The rubber seal had failed while the shingles still had life left. Someone had simply set another flashing over the top to stop the leak.

That’s why the accessories matter. Good shingles, flashing, and vent seals need to work together as a complete roof system.

Getting a roof estimate? Ask what’s included around the vents, too.

Introducing the Roofers’ March. 🥾🥾🥾

No music. No rehearsal. Just three roofers hitting their marks and stretching TPO like they’ve been practicing all week.

It looks a little ridiculous, but the work is real. Walking the membrane together helps pull it tight, settle it into place, and work out the wrinkles. It’s not the primary way but it helps get the wrinkles out.

Good roofing requires skill, experience and, apparently, choreography. 🐝

A roof replacement shouldn’t turn your property into chaos.

At this Oakridge motel, we needed to protect the awning, keep the property clean, and work around guests.

Our crane holds a debris basket beside the roof, allowing the crew to remove shingles directly into it before dumping everything into the trailer.

Clean. Efficient. Safe. And far less disruption for the customer.

The right contractor thinks about more than the roof. They think about everyone underneath it, too.

Planning a commercial roofing project? We’re happy to talk through the logistics. 🐝
