Well the guys have been busy finishing this new dock install at the mouth of R***r Hollow. 2 slip, sea anchors, 6’ x 10’ dock closet, 2 sea doo ports. Color match timber tech decking on the walkway and wrapped around the dock to match the copper trim on the sheet metal. Dock turned out really nice. This customer had a lift with broken pitman arms- yes both of them. They also had some damage to the toon from one of the broken pitman arms. We repaired the pitman arms with new ones, worked up a batch of resin, and fixed the fiberglass. We then replaced a couple of bolts that were missing for the center toon support and now they are ready to use their lift and enjoy the lake once again. Another customer had an issue that could have gone really bad. The walkway kingpin plate was broke and causing the dock to move more than normal. We cut the old one out replaced with new double wall collars and a seamless dom pin and now it will last for years to come. Also, we replaced some broken stones that were showing signs of age and sagging. No matter the issue or opportunity the guys can help fix your problems. This customer was going to have a major issue with their walkway and had a float that needed replaced. The guys cut the old out and made it like new by touching up the paint and retightened cables. When Mother Nature strikes, it’s not always favorable. This customer was about to lose their pylon and the guys reset it, re-welded it in place, added more supports,and painted the new metal to prevent rusting until owners can get it painted. Sometimes things don’t get done in the sequence that they should. On this dock, the owner wanted to have it built out. It turned out really nice , however after adding all the weight it needed more buoyancy for the additional weight. These projects are challenging as you can’t undo what’s been done so it takes more time to get the job done, and that they did. Customer is really happy with the result. The guys installed a couple of new sea doo ports and fixed the walkway pin, as well as added a straight cable and retightened all cables for this customer up on Monkey Island.
