We had a customer call us about a deck that was sagging. Upon inspection we discovered that the beams were completely rotten. We build a secondary support structure so that the original could stay in place since it had plants wrapped up in it.

One of our roofing jobs we did back in July. This was a warranty roof replacement. Luckily the roof supplier warrantied a 10yr old roof that had bad shingles installed originally. Make sure you are working with a licensed and reputable contractor for any roof work. Our customer upgraded materials to a 50 year warranty for this job.

Had a pole barn that had started showing signs of water leaks from worn out screws. We replaced all the roof and siding screws. Most rubber gasket screws used for sheet metal last around 15-20 years before they start to wear out.
