I normally don’t take exterior painting jobs but decided to take this one. Some before/during pictures where we replaced a bunch of the cedar shingles and scraped off the old peeling paint and final photos ater paint and scraped and painted and rehung the shutters.

New flooring, new tile backsplash in the kitchen and new plumbing and faucet in kitchen after the granite was installed.

I have a bad habit of not taking pictures of my jobs, but this is a recent job that was completed yesterday. It was originally a small plastic shower surround raised a few inches off the floor with a tacky door. We removed all of the old shower and busted out the concrete underneath and added a new drain to lower the shower. We also installed a new completely waterproof shower system and tiled it. Glass man finished the job yesterday installing the new glass.

So these are before and after pictures of a job that we just finished. We added a 9 foot long floating window seat, custom made, removed cabinets in the kitchen and opened up the tiny pass through between the kitchen and the family room and added recessed lighting. Removed old outdated cabinets in the basement and replaced with modern cabinets and a new butcher block countertop, opened a wall in the basement and added new double doors and added the wood, lights and ceiling fan over the old popcorn ceiling.

Starting pictures of a job we are working on. Adding wood to cover a popcorn ceiling on a 600 square foot cathedral ceiling that goes from 8 feet to 18 feet in height. Also replacing all the can lighting with led lights and adding a ceiling fan. all the holes in the ceiling are for finding the studs and running wires for the fan to a new switch. They will be covered by the new ceiling. More pictures to follow!
