Alliance Group is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our growing company. This is an office position based out of Ess*x Jct., Vermont. Hours for the position are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with an hour lunch.
The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:
• Work in a team environment, assisting other coordinators/billing administrators.
• Attention to detail required.
• Communicate with team members and field personnel.

Essential Functions:

1. Process time cards and corresponding paperwork.
2. Data entry and filing.
3. Create binders, warranty letters and product information packets.
4. Communication with technicians/project managers/vendors/customers.
5. Coordination of contracted Service jobs.
6. Backup coverage of inbound phone lines.


Experience:
The successful applicant will have 2+ years of office experience, HVAC industry experience a plus.

Alliance Group's Wellness Committee is running a Gameday Hustle Challenge. By completing different levels of wellness challenges, employees can gain "yards" for a chance to win various prizes and if they can score a "touchdown," they will be entered into a grand prize raffle.

Alliance Group is seeking Journeyman and Master electricians in the West Lebanon & Concord NH area to join our growing team. This is a field-based position responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Individual must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:
1. Perform electrical installation including, mounting devices, pulling wire and terminations on a wide variety of systems.
2. Oversee multiple jobs at one time.
3. Assign technicians daily and weekly task to keep projects moving forward.
4. Work with PM when issues arise to find the direction needed to go to complete the job.
5. Recognize potential change orders and or value-added opportunities when they arise on a job.
6. Work with PM to forecast man power needs on all projects when required.
7. Anticipate material needs to ensure projects stay on target.
Experience:
The successful applicant will have a minimum of four years of experience in the electrical trade and carry either a valid NH Journeyman or Master electrical license.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable):
Security Clearance is not generally applicable, but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.
