Looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team for the 2026 season!

💰 PAY RATES:
• No Experience – $18/hr
• Experience in Sealcoating/Asphalt Maintenance – $25/hr
• Crew Leader Experience – $40/hr

📅 SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT
May through October

📋 JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Sealcoating driveways and parking lots
• Crack filling
• Equipment operation
• Loading and unloading materials
• General labor and site cleanup
• Working as part of a professional crew

⚠️ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Must be willing to work days, nights, and some weekends depending on the project
• Must be able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be willing to learn and follow company procedures

🚫 ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY:
No smoking, va**ng, drugs, alcohol, or impairment on any job site, in company vehicles, or while operating company equipment. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination.

☔ WEATHER DEPENDENT WORK:
Rain days are not paid. Work schedules may change based on weather conditions.
