Tami Shearer joined EWB almost 12 years ago. With nearly 20 years in the construction industry across various roles, Tami brings a depth of knowledge and consistency to the estimating team that is irreplaceable. As Lead Estimating Coordinator, she plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping the preconstruction process moving swiftly.
Outside of work, Tami enjoys going to sporting events and concerts, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. She loves trying all different types of food, singing and dancing and is a joy to be around. She is a proud mom of four children, and her family is at the center of everything she does.
