Most w**e cellars get cooled the same way your fridge does. Blown cold air, a compressor kicking on and off, some vibration.

This one is different. 🍷

We're running chilled water straight through tubing built into the walls. No blowing air, no compressor rattling inside the room, just a steady, even cold radiating off the walls themselves. The floor gets the opposite treatment. A gentle radiant warmth in the winter keeps the room comfortable without ever touching the w**e.

End result: a w**e cave that holds a rock-steady 50 degrees, year round, with none of the temperature swings or vibration that can quietly damage a serious collection.

Every manifold, every run of tubing, laid out clean by our crew for a home in Rancho Santa Fe.
