Check out this stunning kitchen remodel. A dream kitchen for any homeowner. This remodel was designed by Aging-In-Place Remodeling owner, Tyler Owen. The homeowners wanted a functional kitchen for a busy family but also a kitchen with no countertop clutter. Tyler had just the solution. A hidden compartment that rises out of the island. A space to keep all of those necessary and often used appliances out of site, but still easily accessible. Powered by .

The homeowners also wanted to increase the light in the space, so 18 can lights were strategically placed. They are Alexa enabled so you can turn on just one, a select few or all of them with a simple voice command. There is also under cabinet and in-cabinet lighting for times they want a softer light.

Now let’s talk about the counters and cabinets. The Taj Mahal quartzite countertops were masterfully installed by The cabinets consist primarily of full extension, soft closing drawers to maximize storage space. There is literally a spot for everything you can think of. Speaking of a spot for everything, the walk-in pantry includes a wall of shelves, an alcohol cabinet and a coffee bar with room for both a coffee maker and an espresso machine. The tile, from , was installed by our in-house tile crew.

No high-end kitchen is complete without a sub-zero refrigerator. The kitchen also features cooktop and oven/microwave combo.

Tyler and our entire crew truly outdid themselves with this project.

This downstairs powder room is "hidden" behind a custom wall. Without a custom door, the space appears larger. The same beautiful tile and custom cabinet were added to this room as are in the primary bathroom. We also included a grab bar, because bathroom safety is so important. The homeowner worked with for this space as well.

We originally met with this homeowner to install a Stiltz lift. While there she asked us to also remodel her primary bathroom and her downstairs bathroom. Today we will feature the Primary Bathroom remodel. The homeowner, with the assistance of her designer chose high end finishes to create a warm and serene space. From the grab bars to the light fixtures to the cabinets and counter tops everything came together beautifully. The bathroom features a frosted glass door, by that slides between the toilet room and the shower to provide privacy for whichever space is needed while not creating barriers with traditional doors. Grab bars were installed in both of these areas for bathroom safety. In the barrier free shower we also install a fold up shower seat, a hand held shower head and plenty of shelving for all of her showering needs. The shower walls are porcelain slabs and the shower drain is tiled so you don't see the traditional drain. The cabinets have two unique features. The first is motion sensor toe kick lights. When motion in the bathroom is detected the lights under the cabinets will automatically come on. The other unique feature of the cabinetry is electrical outlets inside the drawers.

Another gorgeous barrier free shower remodel showing that accessibility and beauty can meet.
This shower features a roll-in entrance and features both rain showerheads and traditional shower heads to
either side of the entrance. Additionally, one side also features a hand-held shower head. As always,
grab bars have been installed for the safety of our client. Elegant tile was selected for this project and
expertly installed by our in-house tile crew.

Another happy customer is able to safely and easily access their second floor thanks to their new Stiltz Duo Thru lift. and .uhl did a fantastic job with the installation. In less than 3 days they had this unit installed.

An all new bathroom for our client includes a barrier free shower that is completely wheelchair accessible. We also included a fold-down, teak chair for the other members of the household. A handheld shower head and grab bars increase shower safety. Adding additional lighting is also a great safety feature. The vanity is roll under making it wheelchair accessible also. The gorgeous selection of tile, counter tops and sinks make this bathroom modern and beautiful. We love making accessible look this good!

The new homeowner needed a complete remodel of this bathroom to make it wheelchair accessible. A barrier free shower complete with a rain shower head and a hand held shower head makes this bathroom wheelchair accessible. We also installed a roll under vanity. The doors were widened for easier access.

We are excited to share another beautiful and ACCESSIBLE bathroom. This bathroom features a very large, barrier free shower. The smaller floor tiles help increase traction, therefore reducing the chances of a fall. The walls of the shower are a larger tile making for easier cleaning and maintenance. The shower has both a rainfall shower head and a handheld shower head mounted lower on the wall for easy access from a wheelchair. Once agin we installed grab bars by . The shower also features a large, built-in bench.
The vanity is roll-under on one side allowing wheelchair accessibility.
The toilet includes a bidet featuring a soft close lid, bowl cleaning spray and personal hygiene sprays.
Our guys really did a great job on this one.
