Upon receiving a request for service—whether for emergency water extraction, sewage cleanup, or structural drying—our dispatch center facilitates the connection between the property owner and a qualified local service provider. Transfer of Liability: Once the emergency dispatch is completed and the job is turned over to the responding technicians or restoration contractors, San Diego Flood Services (and its affiliates) holds no liability for the physical work performed, contractual agreements made on-site, or the actions of the independent contractors. Any warranties, insurance claims, or service disputes must be addressed directly with the specific contractor performing the on-site restoration or plumbing repairs.
