This is where we move from dreaming to designing. We’ll work together to tailor your Stratford Homes floor plan to reflect your lifestyle and vision.
Locking in Your Dream Home 🏠
To get started, we’ll sign a Design Intent Agreement and collect a non-refundable blueprint deposit. This step secures your custom architectural blueprints and covers our initial site visit. We’ll meet you right on your property to walk the land and map out exactly what’s needed to get your site build-ready. 🌲
An Investment in Your Future 💰
100% of your blueprint deposit is applied directly toward the final purchase price of your home. If you choose not to move forward with us, the architectural prints are yours to keep!
The Blueprint Deep-Dive 📐
We’ll work with you to "dial in" the structural details. This includes room layouts, perfecting the placement of doors, windows, lighting, and more. Don’t worry about the cosmetic details—we don’t need to pick your cabinet colors just yet! ;)
Engineering & Refinement 🏗️
Once we’ve captured your vision, we submit your plans to the Stratford Homes engineering department. We typically go through 3-5 revisions to ensure your floor plan is exactly how you want it.
