A Dying Trade Needs the Next Generation
We’re looking for someone who wants more than just another job.
Steeplejacking is a dying trade. There are fewer and fewer people who know how to climb, repair, restore, and preserve these incredible structures—and we need to change that.
At Robert Morgan Co., we work on some of the tallest and most challenging structures around. We climb hundreds of feet above the ground, repair historic steeples, restore churches, paint, rebuild, and bring craftsmanship back to structures that have stood for generations.
We’re looking for someone willing to learn the trade from the ground up.
You don't need to know everything.
You don't need years of experience.
You need a strong work ethic, courage, attention to detail, and the desire to learn.
This is hard work. It’s not for everyone.
But if you're looking for a trade where you can develop skills that very few people in the country possess, see places most people will never see, and take pride in knowing that your work may help keep a historic steeple standing for another 100 years, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

✝️ I'm thrilled to share that I had the privilege of restoring the church and gold-leafing this absolutely stunning cross at the historic St Joseph Roman Catholic church 80 ft up in the sky!
The intricate details and craftsmanship that went into this beautiful piece of art are truly breathtaking. I feel so grateful to have been a part of the restoration of this church and can't wait for everyone to see it in all its glory!
