Since 1976, Maleno has been in the custom home building business constructing over 1,000 homes and apartments in Erie region. The building of Calico Fields Subdivision initiated Maleno's first residential community. From there, we continued to expand by introducing the subdivisions of Ridgewood, Love Farm, Creekside, South Pointe Condominiums, and the latest, Countryside, The Meadows at Summit and Sterling Ridge Subdivision.
These well-known Erie subdivisions display the quality and value associated with the Maleno name. We have also established four well-known apartment complexes including Scenery Hills, Lake View Apartments, The Village on Pacific and Shadow Pines as well as The Vista Bella Plaza.
