The clean, dry, and spacious crawl space provides excellent access for mechanicals and utilities, ensuring long-term serviceability and efficiency. Won't be too much longer before the drywall goes up and the new space really starts to take shape! 🔨✨

Happy Friday! It's been another long week but with some major milestones for one of our projects! On the addition, trusses went up and we've completed the exterior wall framing and sheathing - giving the new space its full shape and structural envelope. A step closer to being dried-in!

Progress is taking shape for this master suite addition project! The crawlspace foundation and block work are nearly complete. Every successful project starts with a solid foundation. We're excited to see this space come to life in the coming weeks - framing will begin soon!

It’s always an exciting day when a new project begins! This morning, we broke ground on a ‘sweet’ 887 sq. ft. master suite addition that will feature a spacious bedroom, master bath, laundry room, and walk-in closet.

A big thank you, as always, to our trusted trade partner, Montagna Concrete, for their expertise in laying a solid foundation.

This is literally just the beginning—stay tuned as we share progress along the way!

This beautifully finished basement goes beyond a standard remodel - creating a bold, upscale space centered around the pool table.
