Paint is almost complete, staircase has a few more balusters to install, lighting/electrical is almost complete.
The wallpaper team is absolutely crushing it.
Hardwood floors get their final coat on Saturday and full house clean on Sunday.

Maybe, just maybe I’ll get to take a day off this weekend…….not 😂

42 days straight without a full day off. We are doing everything possible to get this house done before the customers move in on Thursday.
Master bathroom should be complete by Monday, painters are hoping to be done by Sunday, stair installer should have railing up tomorrow, and I should have everything but the island don’t by tomorrow in the kitchen.

Our other bathroom remodel should be getting glass and final plumbing on Tuesday as well. We are all grinding!

We currently have one immediate opening for a basement finish. Our crew just wrapped up a nice basement in the compass neighborhood (pictures coming soon) and are rearing to get on the next one. Our team could start as soon as permits are approved.

We still have normal wait times on full house remodels, kitchen remodels and fireplace remodels.

-bedroom floor to ceiling board and batten, plus an electric fireplace and custom mantle.
