Scott Rispin is offering 3 Painting Classes this Semester and one new Printmaking class. Look for more information and pay online on our website http://www.erieartmuseum.org/education/winter.html. Beginning Acrylic Painting Tuesdays 5:30-7 PM

This class introduces basic techniques to those who have little or no art experience. This class covers color use, how to mix paints, and different applicat

ion techniques and uses images of famous paintings for examples and inspiration. This class is for adults and teens. Painting in Acrylic and Oils Tuesdays 7:15-9:15 PM

This class is structured for beginning to advanced painters. In a workshop setting, students have the opportunity to interact with each other, as well as the instructor, to maximize the class experience. Students work in their choice of water mixable oils or acrylics and work on a combination of landscapes, portraits, and still lifes. Open Paint Wednesdays 10a.m.-Noon

This course welcomes all— absolute beginners to more advanced painters. The class provides a supportive group atmosphere with plenty of one-on-one instruction. Students work in acrylics or non-volatile oil paints on subjects of their choosing.

Your requests have been heard! Scott is teaching another painting class-- Painting in Acrylic and Oils: The Lost Sessions. This mini course is a great opportunity to get back into the classroom before the holidays and receive the helpful instruction to you need to make your paintings complete.
