JimBo Designs My woodworking is primarily picture frames, cutting boards, tables and benches. Nearly all my woods are harvested in NW Illinois.

Another passion is graphic arts: I design and produce unique posters and have my own line of greeting cards.

Hand-painted 4” x 4” wooden tiles:
These may be used as wall decor accents or as drink coasters (highly moisture resistant finish). I spent a lot of Covid isolation time developing this product and plan to bring 100 or so to the Beaux Arts Spring Art Fair May 8 and 9 at the MissMississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport. They will retail at $8 each.

I painted this frame for the Beaux Arts Fund Committee, which Cathy and I are members. The Beaux Arts Fair, Beaux Arts Fair - Davenport Iowa, is one of the top fine arts fairs in the U.S. The committee is proud to say that the spring art fair has been recognized in the top 75 nationally for the past 3 years. R U ready for spring? This crazy butterfly is the work of Laura Meddaugh, a friend and artist from Madison, WI. She allowed me to copy some of her wonderful, fun work in exchange for some of my painted frames. This is one of my favorites. I used acrylic markers to add detail and color to the frame.
