Leaking roof!!! Build an over hand sheeted added rubber and fixed the old with some great silicone coatings in and out and fixed!!

Out with the old flooring in with the new. New base trim, casing and quarter round. New exterior door. 3 days record time💪

Ran into some rot. Repaired it and I think we got it all done great with the budget at hand! Simple composite deck. Even was able to give the entry way a face lift. Think we made the best with what he had to work with!

Quick update to the bathroom landing and steps. Replaced toilets and shut offs too 😎

There surround wall was caving in from lack of barrier and wall getting into it. Quick new surround I think it came out alright!
