🛠️ 40+ mini-splits serviced and deep cleaned! 🧽 Here are a few snapshots from my latest project. These units usually stay pretty clean with regular filter washes. However, over time, the blower wheel, casing, and coils need a deep disinfectant clean. To get the job done right, you either pull the wheel or hook up a bib kit and pressure wash the inside. On this job, I did both! It was an honor to serve a local business. Thank you for your trust, and I look forward to seeing you again this summer! ☀️

This is a Rinnai on-demand water heater we installed that truly delivers hot water in seconds, not minutes. One of the biggest complaints I hear about these units is the time it takes to deliver hot water upon request.

This particular unit was installed with an independent recirculation line. This model has a built-in recirculation pump that learns and predicts the times you may need hot water. Based on personal experience, I would highly recommend it!

Having an on-demand water heater is a great asset to your home, but if you want to save fuel and have more efficient operation then maintenance is a must!

This is a recently serviced on-demand IBC boiler. While onsite I performed the descaling of the domestic water as shown in the white bucket, which was clear when I started. The inside was cleaned out with recommended cleaner, flushing the drain. Replacement of the cover plate gasket, ignitor, harness and transformer is all recommended by the manufacturer to prevent future break downs and to ensure the life of your boiler.
