🎉 “Meet our newest Excelerate HER Ambassador, Tye Romagnoli!

We are SO excited to welcome Tye Romagnoli to the Excelerate HER Ambassador Team and to have her bringing the heart of Excelerate HER to women in the Hampstead, NH area! 💙

At Excelerate HER, an Ambassador is so much more than the woman who leads a local gathering. She’s a connector, an encourager, and a relationship-builder—the kind of woman who creates a space where others feel welcomed, supported, and confident enough to show up, connect, and grow.

And once you meet Tye, it's so easy to see why she is such a natural fit for this role.

As the Sales & Marketing Manager for Construction Services of NH / Reliable Restoration & Recovery, Tye shared that she is passionate about creating spaces where people feel supported, informed, and empowered. That desire to lift others up and create meaningful connection is exactly what we want our Ambassadors to bring into their communities.

Tye put it beautifully:

“Excelerate HER is more than a networking event — it’s a catalyst for growth, confidence, and connection.”

That is the heart of what we’re building. 💙

We’re thrilled to see Tye bring that spirit to the Hampstead community as she leads a new Excelerate HER Women’s Networking Coffee Hour and creates another place for women to build genuine relationships, encourage one another, and grow together.

Tye, welcome to the Excelerate HER Ambassador Team! 🎉

We’re so excited to have you representing Excelerate HER and can’t wait to see the connections you help create!”

⭐ Myth‑Busting Monday: The Truth About “Drying Out Naturally” After Water Damage

One of the biggest misconceptions we run into in the mitigation & restoration world is the idea that “If I just let it air out, it’ll dry on its own.” Sounds harmless. Feels logical. But it’s absolutely not the full story — and often leads to bigger, more expensive problems down the line.

🚫 Myth:

“I don’t need professional mitigation. The water will evaporate on its own.”

✅ Reality:

Water doesn’t just sit on the surface — it travels, absorbs, and hides in places you can’t see. Drywall, subflooring, insulation, sill plates, cabinets, and even structural framing can hold moisture long after the visible water is gone.

Here’s what actually happens when you “let it air out”:

Hidden moisture — Materials stay wet internally even when the surface feels dry.

Mold growth — Mold can begin growing in 24–48 hours, even in areas you can’t see.

Structural damage — Wood swells, warps, and weakens over time.

Odors & air quality issues — Trapped moisture leads to musty smells and microbial growth.

Insurance complications — Delaying mitigation can jeopardize coverage because it’s considered “failure to act.”

🔍 The Non‑Obvious Truth

Professional drying isn’t just about removing water — it’s about controlling humidity, airflow, and temperature with equipment designed to pull moisture out of materials, not just the air.

A home that “looks dry” can still be sitting at 20–30% moisture content, which is a perfect environment for mold and long-term damage.

💡 The Takeaway

If you’ve had water damage, the worst thing you can do is wait and hope. The best thing you can do is get a professional moisture assessment — it’s fast, non-invasive, and tells you the real story behind your walls and floors.

🎒PACK-A-PACK!!!! 🎒

📚✏️📓🚌

At CSNH/RR&R, we're passionate about giving back to the community. We know that the start of the school year can be financially challenging for many families. Supporting Pack-a-Pack was an easy decision because it's a chance for us to help students start the year feeling confident and prepared.

These events make a real difference. A backpack filled with school supplies may seem simple, but It's a reminder that our community comes together to support one another, and that's something we're proud to be part of.

Every day, we're helping families recover after unexpected disasters and difficult situations. Our business is built on helping people when they need it most, and that commitment doesn't stop when the job is done. We believe in being there for our community in every way we can, whether that's restoring homes or helping students head back to school with everything they need.

We'd like to thank everyone who helped make this event possible and we look forward to continuing to support initiatives like Pack-a-Pack in the future.

🌧️ Heavy Rain Today, ☀️ Sunshine & High Temps Tomorrow

Today’s downpours are no joke — and tomorrow’s heat will only make things worse. When heavy rain saturates a home or business, the moisture doesn’t just disappear once the sun comes out. Instead, rising temps accelerate humidity, bacterial growth, and hidden moisture migration, creating the perfect environment for mold, structural damage, and lingering odors.

Here’s what property owners should watch for:
Hidden Moisture — Water can seep behind walls, under flooring, and into insulation.
Humidity Spikes — Tomorrow’s heat can trap moisture indoors, worsening damage.
Mold Growth — Mold can begin forming within 24–48 hours after water intrusion.
Structural Concerns — Swelling, warping, and deterioration often start quietly.

🔧 How Our Mitigation Team Protects Your Property

Rapid Moisture Detection — Thermal imaging and meters identify what the eye can’t see.

Professional Drying — Industrial equipment removes moisture before tomorrow’s heat can cause secondary damage.

Mold Prevention — Targeted treatments stop growth before it starts.

24/7 Emergency Response — Rain doesn’t wait, and neither do we.

☀️ Bottom Line
Heavy rain today + high temps tomorrow = a fast‑moving recipe for damage. If you notice damp carpets, musty smells, discoloration, or any sign of water intrusion, don’t wait for the sunshine to “dry it out.” That’s when the real problems begin.
