College is a great path—but it’s not the only path to a successful future. 👏

Some kids thrive in a classroom. Others thrive when they’re building, fixing, creating, problem-solving, and working with their hands. And for those kids, the skilled trades can offer an incredible career.

Electricians and other skilled tradespeople can earn while they learn, gain real-world experience, build valuable skills, and create careers with tremendous opportunity for growth—including the chance to someday own their own business.

And in a world where AI is changing so many industries, there will always be a need for skilled people who can show up, diagnose a problem, wire a building, repair equipment, and physically build the world around us. ⚡️🛠️

We need to stop treating the trades like a “backup plan.” For the right kid, the trades ARE the plan—and a really good one.

Teach your kids that success doesn’t have to look like a four-year degree. There’s more than one way to build an amazing future.

We’re honored to be a very small part of sponsoring the Kammy Mae Foundation’s Summer Stomp Out Classic Car Show on June 13 in Mount Pleasant.

Domestic violence affects far too many individuals and families, and raising awareness is an important step toward creating safer, stronger communities. We’re grateful for organizations like the Kammy Mae Foundation that work to bring attention to this issue and support those impacted by it.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country and our freedom. 🇺🇸

As we spend time with family and celebrate this Memorial Day, may we be intentional with our thoughts and remember that those freedoms came at a great cost. We are forever grateful to those who made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us. ♥️🤍💙

Brody has worked incredibly hard both on the job and in school, and this recognition is so well deserved. He’s not only becoming a great electrician, but he’s also just an all-around great person. We’re proud to have him as part of the Custom Electrical Service team and excited to see what his future holds. Congrats, Brody! 🎉
