Fremont View Apartments is a 8 story - 29 unit new construction building on the same property as an existing 7 unit apartment building. Underneath those 7 units with active tenants, TD Excavating dug out the crawl space to add an additional 3 units.
All excavation, shoring support, and utilities have been, or will be, completed by TD Excavating.
