And that’s a wrap on a whole apartment remodel, with a night and day difference from Day 1!

Had the pleasure of tackling this monster of a 3rd story unit, and converting it from a smoke stained fixer upper, to a clean and quaint new home for a lucky someone. New flooring, primer, paint, bathroom fixtures, trim, and custom cabinets (courtesy of McTee Creations), give it a “good as new” finish.

Finally wrapped up a couple big projects; a fresh kitchen update and a clean new shower install!

As a one-man operation (for the most part), I handle every step myself and treat each project as if it were my own home. Nothing beats happy customers at the end of a job.

The cold season may be dragging its feet, but that doesn’t mean you should too when it comes to starting that project you’ve been wanting to get done!

Another deck railing done and in the books!

This railing used custom ordered 16” live edge boards as bar tops, and incorporated some old ornamental wire fencing that belonged to the customer’s grandparent. Without a doubt, one of the more unique railings I’ve done so far.
