What do you do when you change your mind and decide you want the addition to be a second unit rental and the city now says there must be a firewall between the units? You have ACHI come and do an outside the box build to get it done. Try moving a 40’ wall that weighs about 3500 pounds 4 feet into position against the 1st unit. See if you can figure out why we had to off set build it then move it. It’s an engineered 2hr firewall. Not the sexiest reel I’ll admit. Still to come, the double layer drywall all the way up to the roof deck.

Whether it’s a single room in the basement or the entire basement we’ve got you covered. In this case the owner realized they should have finished out this last room. It turned out great! As always. We’re glad to have had the privilege of building it. We love our clients!

The homeowner had Legacy put in some LVP flooring which is awesome and turned out nice. However, the installers wouldn’t reinstall the toilet. So we went back for a little extra mile customer service and put the toilet back gratis.

A shower remodel we just finished up today. Flexstone has a pretty cool system of shower components. We’ve done 3 now using Flexstone products. Client is super thrilled.

Here’s some before and after shots of this home facelift we wrapped up last week. It was a three color job. Flat white ceilings, semi gloss doors and trims, and satin walls. Full house repaint job. Had a little more extensive repairs. Even repainted the garage too. Turned out excellently.

Made time to build this relatively small deck for a past client. Just a simple picture frame design. Much nicer than the old brick steps off the side of the house. It’s on the east side so it’ll be a nice sunrise viewing spot.

Ground level trampoline install we did back in the beginning of 2020. These are a big hit with kids and adults alike. Installed several of this design over the years. Never have had an issue with injury on the concrete collar. It’s a great edger and finishes off the install firmly and beautifully.

Added a closet to turn this nice storage room we did last year with the basement finish into a bedroom. Life’s needs change sometimes.
