Many of you have seen the news and social media posts regarding the recent arrest of the owner of Byrum Electric.

We understand that situations like this naturally raise questions and concerns. While we cannot comment on an ongoing legal matter, we do want our customers, employees, and community to know this:

The allegations being discussed online represent only one side of the story, and much of what has been shared on social media has been exaggerated or presented without the full context. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to have their case heard fairly through the legal system before conclusions are reached.

Those who know the owner personally know him as a husband, father, friend, employer, and member of this community… not the person many online posts have portrayed him to be.

Most importantly, Byrum Electric remains fully committed to serving our customers with the same professionalism, quality, and integrity that have earned your trust over the years. Our team is here, our work continues, and our commitment to our customers has not changed.

We sincerely appreciate the support, encouragement, and patience so many of you have shown during this difficult time. We have faith that the legal process will run its course, and until then, we respectfully ask that everyone allow the facts, not rumors or speculation, to determine the outcome.
