Rob K came out and told me that the issues in my basement were normal but still need to take care of some cracks and voids, so no major basement destruction, and referred me to Colorado Crack Attack for the work. He said the real issue is negative drainage along the foundation, so I'm getting that done. He sent me an evaluation to show my buyers and charged me nothing. Very simple and straightforward."

Great review from David... "I hired Colorado Structural Repair to install helical piers beneath the foundation of my sunroom, which had been slowly tilting away from the rest of my house for the past decade. Everyone at the company seemed honest and professional, and the workmen who installed the piers were fantastic. Although I had to sign a contract that said the company would not be responsible for any sprinkler lines that might be severed when digging in my yard, the workmen were careful to find and preserve my sprinkler lines. Installing the piers required that they dig a deep trench around two walls of the sunroom. Once they were done, the workers put the dirt back and left my yard looking no worse for wear.

My one small complaint is that the office staff could have done a better job of communication in advance of the work. It took much longer than I was led to believe for the installation to begin because of unexpected delays in the permitting process, and I found I had to contact the company for updates (when I would have preferred that they took the initiative to keep me informed). This is a relatively small matter, however. I would hire the company again and will recommend them to others."

Jack had an incredibly busy week, yet he still made time to come out and inspect our basement, which we really appreciated. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was seeing. He answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. It’s not easy to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely cares about their customers, but Jack definitely does.
