If you know Ben, you know he's probably cringing that we're posting this right now. 😂 He's never been one to seek recognition or brag about his accomplishments. He simply shows up, works hard, and lets the results speak for themselves. Well, today we're going to brag for him! We are incredibly proud to announce that Ben has been selected as one of only seven recipients in the entire USA to receive the prestigious Construction Equipment Under 40 Award (Class of 2026)! 🏆This national honor recognizes outstanding young leaders who are shaping the future of the construction industry through leadership, innovation, dedication, and excellence. What makes this achievement so special is Ben's hands-on journey. He has put in the work every step of the way—from washing trucks, working on paving crews, raking asphalt, and operating equipment, to estimating projects and managing operations. Alongside fellow co-owners Kristin and Dan, Ben has helped guide S&H Paving with a shared vision. Together, this dynamic leadership team has built S&H Paving into the company it is today. Their combined commitment to quality, relentless work ethic, and willingness to lead by example have fostered a company culture deeply rooted in integrity, accountability, and pride.
