“Progress continues at a strong pace on our client’s Brigon Home in Rotonda Heights. The pool shell has advanced with waterline tile and coping fully installed, and the brick paver deck is now in the queue for layout and installation. At the front entry, the owners requested a vinyl stacked‑stone finish; materials were installed adding that perfect welcome home touch. Inside, our trim carpenter has completed interior door installation and finished the decorative crown in both the Master Suite and Great Room. These crown assemblies are built to house integrated rope lighting, which will provide indirect illumination once electrical trim‑out is completed. The owners are thrilled — and understandably overwhelmed — seeing their home transition from rough‑in to refined detail with each passing week.”

✨ Lakes II Progress Update – Rotonda ✨
David and Anna’s Lakes II home in Rotonda is coming along quite nicely. The exterior painting is complete, with the front door unit and garage door scheduled to be finished soon. Bronze aluminum soffit and fascia have been installed around the entire perimeter, giving the home a clean, finished look.

On the rear of the home, the concrete steel‑reinforced footers have been poured. These will support the brick paver deck and provide a solid tie‑in for the pool cage once erected.

Another great milestone for this beautiful build — more updates to come as we move forward.

A great milestone for Dave & Anna’s new Brigon Home. The shingles are on, insulation is set for tomorrow, and drywall is on deck for this week. Their home is coming together beautifully, one step at a time.

A big milestone for David and Anna — their new home now has a roof over its head. Trusses are set, decking is complete, peel‑and‑seal is installed, and interior framing is wrapped up. We’re now waiting on the mechanical crews for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Their home is coming together beautifully.

The bond beam is being poured today, and the trusses were delivered to David & Anna’s homesite this week. Their new Brigon Home in Rotonda is taking shape quickly. They’re going to be amazed when they see the progress in person — every step brings their dream home closer.😃

The concrete slab is officially poured, and we’re now awaiting the delivery of concrete block later this week. Roof trusses are scheduled to arrive next week, bringing this new Brigon Home in Rotonda one step closer to taking shape. Another quality home underway built with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
