Kids First Health Care opened Colorado's first school-based health center in 1978. Today, they run clinics in Commerce City and Westminster, serving about 4,000 kids a year.

Precision is proud to be a sponsor of their Back to Health Breakfast next Thursday, September 10, from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. at Bison Ridge Recreation Center in Commerce City.

The InterFace Conference Group Houston Retail & Mixed-Use lineup brings together developers, brokers, retailers, designers, and builders who are working through many of the same questions around cost, schedule, tenant expectations, and how projects are getting delivered.

Precision's Director of Business Development, Carter Sealing, will be part of the Trends in Architecture, Design and Construction panel Thursday morning, starting at 8:55. It will be a productive conversation about what owners, tenants, and project teams are seeing across the Houston market.

Set Day for 7 Brew Coffee in Littleton, Colorado!

The new 7 Brew Coffee Littleton stand was set in place on Wednesday, and the jobsite looked very different by the end of the day.

Here’s a closer look at how quickly the site went from an open slab to a recognizable coffee stand. With the main structure, roof, rooftop unit, and cooler all in place, the project has reached one of its most visible milestones.

There is still plenty happening around the building as our team works through site improvements, utility connections, and the remaining building work. But with the stand now in place, it is a lot easier to see what is coming to this Littleton site.

That last change actually ages better if someone sees the post a few days from now.

Yesterday was module set day at 7 Brew Coffee Littleton. Once the crane was ready to go, it took less than two hours for the team to set the main store structure, roof section, rooftop unit, and cooler.

The time lapse makes the set look quick, but getting to this point takes weeks of coordination between the site, factory, trades, inspections, and delivery. All of that planning came together today.

Next up, our team will keep working through the site improvements, building connections, and finish work as the new Littleton location moves toward completion.

Demolition of the former Freddy's Frozen Custard in Littleton, Colorado, is complete, and our team is now moving to the foundation, utilities, and other site work to set the stage for the modular 7 Brew Coffee being built off-site.

This is our first project with 7 Brew Coffee, and it won't be the last. A second location in Parker has also been awarded to Precision.

In a modular project, the site and the building progress simultaneously, which is how a 7 Brew Coffee project can go from site prep to opening in a matter of months.

Project Update: The fuel canopy steel is now in place at Aravalli Heights, marking one of the more visible milestones so far at this 21,000 SF multi-tenant retail center in the Town of Parker, Colorado. Along with the metal soffit decking, it sets the stage for the fuel system work, grading, and surrounding site improvements.

Inside the main building, tenant spaces are moving from framing to finishes. Walk-in cooler areas are being built out, glass display doors are being set, and the new service counter is starting to show what the finished space will look like.

The exterior is moving right along with it. Stone veneer, stucco, and metal window sunshades are giving the building its final character.

Over the next few weeks, our team will keep working through fuel infrastructure, interior buildout, and final site work. That pace is possible because the order of operations was settled before the first crew arrived on site.

Two hundred and fifty years ago, 56 men signed their names to a document most of them believed would cost them everything. They were farmers, lawyers, and merchants, and the country they imagined was anything but a sure thing. It endures because ordinary people continue building it, generation after generation.
