As students and teachers head back to school, we're proud of the work our teams completed this summer for local schools in Poudre School District, St. Vrain Valley School District, Cherry Creek Schools, and Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic STEM School.

From HVAC upgrades, new additions, and athletic field improvements to fast-track interior renovations, our teams worked tirelessly to ensure every project was ready when the first bell rang. Last week, Saunders celebrated the Prospect Plaza Redevelopment topping out in Fort Collins, Colo.!

This student housing redevelopment will transform the site into a premier off-campus community featuring studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments just steps from Colorado State University.
