After all the rain we’ve had this past week, apparently Mother Nature decided the lawns still weren’t wet enough.

If this forecast holds up, next week’s route may look a little different:
🚤 Load the boat
⚓ Drop anchor at the property
🌊 Navigate to the backyard
🌱 Mow whatever is still above water

Anyone have a good deal on a couple pontoons? Asking for a lawn care company. 😂

HEAVY RAIN: While rainfall totals will vary around the region...there will likely be a zone of 0.50" to 1.00" (locally more?) somewhere in our area. The model below shows how bands of heavy rain could align. While it will not exactly set up like this, you get the idea here that heavy rain is possible. If it falls in the wrong place and too much at one time, then some flooding risk could become apparent. Thsi is something we will hone in on over the next couple runs of model data. - 9:00 PM 8/18/26

🌧️ Over 3 inches of rain… and your lawn isn’t the only thing growing.

While the rain is great for your grass, it’s also the perfect recipe for w**ds to take off.

Now is the time to stay ahead of them before they spread and become a bigger problem. A little prevention today can save a lot of work later.

This morning we cleaned up the w**ds growing through the expansion joints on this commercial property and applied a professional w**d treatment just before the rain moved in.

The timing couldn’t have been better.

Some days are mowing days. Some days are mulch days.

There’s something satisfying about watching a landscape come back to life with a fresh layer of mulch. It starts with loading up the truck and ends with stepping back to admire the finished product.

It’s hard to beat that feeling when the edges are crisp, the beds are refreshed, and the whole property just looks clean again.

We don’t take for granted the trust our clients place in us. Every yard is someone’s home, and we treat it that way.

Grateful for another beautiful day doing what we love.

While most people are hitting snooze, we’re already out chasing the sunrise.

We get to spend our mornings making our community look a little better, and every now and then, we’re rewarded with a view like this.

We’d call that a pretty good start to the day.

Well… here’s today’s yard find. 😂

A full stick of deodorant.

To whoever accidentally threw this out the window… we have to ask… why?

This thing had 72 HOURS of protection left! Seventy-two!

With the way these temperatures have been lately, you can’t afford to be tossing that kind of protection out the window. 🥵

If it’s yours, don’t worry… we found it before the mower did.
