Adams 14 officially began a new chapter yesterday with the groundbreaking celebration for Summit Heights Junior High School! This new campus will bring 7th and 8th grade students together in one vibrant, future-focused learning environment.

Designed by MOA ARCHITECTURE, with input from students, families, and staff, the 126,481-square-foot school will feature career-focused academies that allow students to explore their interests, develop real-world skills, and discover new passions. From design, architecture, and construction to business, health sciences, and more — this school is built for opportunity.

We’re proud to partner with Adams 14, MOA, and Accenture on such an inspiring and impactful project!

We’re incredibly proud to have officially received the 2025 Project of the Year Award for the E-470 Central Maintenance Facility at today’s APWA Awards Luncheon!

This project was a true team effort from start to finish, designed and built with the community in mind every step of the way. From E-470 staff and Colorado residents to the surrounding neighborhoods, this facility was created to serve and support all who rely on it.

Two decades ago, Aimée joined us as a Project Administrator, and over the years, she has grown into one of our most talented and respected Senior Project Managers. Throughout her time here, she has led with intelligence, dedication, and heart—setting the bar high with her exceptional organization, tireless work ethic, and steadfast commitment.

Whether she’s guiding teams through complex projects or generously sharing her knowledge and support, Aimée consistently embodies the very best of the JHL spirit.

What a day! The 2025 JHL Kids Classic was a huge success, and it wouldn’t have been possible without our sponsors, players, volunteers, and the entire community who joined us on the course.

Together, we raised over $100,000 for the National Sports Center for the Disabled, helping fuel their mission of creating adaptive sports opportunities that empower athletes of all abilities.

Mapleton Public Schools' Explore Primary school has officially broken ground! As the newest addition to the Explore campus, this 45,000 SF primary school is thoughtfully designed for the district’s youngest learners. It will welcome preschool through first-grade students into a space created specifically for early education.

Designed by Hord Coplan Macht, the building reflects the site’s farmland history with playful barnyard-inspired details, soft pastel colors, natural wood finishes, and bright, welcoming spaces. It will also include dedicated areas for a library, music, and gym, all designed to encourage curiosity and creativity.

The JHL Team recently took a break from the jobsite to spend some time with Stargate’s Kindergarten class — and it was a blast! They answered curious questions about construction, showed off some cool equipment, and even helped the kids gear up in their very own pint-sized PPE.

On every school project, we love creating opportunities to get students involved and excited about what’s happening on their campus. We were incredibly proud to be part of this adorable and memorable experience!

We’re honored to break ground on Fort Collins Rescue Mission's new Homeless Resolution Center, a project that reflects the strength of resiliency and the power of community.

After a fire severely damaged the men’s shelter this past August, forcing 227 individuals to be turned away, the urgent need for a new facility became clear.

Designed by Shopworks Architecture, the new $27.5 million center will offer 250 beds, a full kitchen and dining room, and expanded case management services to help individuals move from crisis to stability.

The center is scheduled to open in Fall 2026.
