It’s been a busy week!

The plans for the ranch in East Windsor called for a full foundation, but we dropped it down 2 feet in the back the make the house flow with the land better.

We also got the deck up, plywood in, and walls up. We were able to go from foundation to walls up in four days! Taking advantage of the weather before more rain in the forecast.

The foundation for the ranch in East Windsor is finally done, after all of the rain working against us. We plan to finish backfilling on Friday and start framing on Monday.

We’re starting on a foundation for a ranch in East Windsor. It will be just under 1,700 sqft, with 2 full baths 3 bedrooms plus a giant master closet, big master bath with his and hers vanities. This 1.4 acre lot will also have a lovely covered front porch.
