Pipe replacement under the concrete, new floor drain, repiped the main stacks, sewer exited in a new location due to the original one exited underneath outdoor pillars, and a new sewer lateral outdoors to the Town of Union property line. Mother nature fought us on the outdoors but we kept the lines Flowing and eventually made the switch over. We will return in the spring to restore the yard. We can do it all and there's no need to hire multiple contractors to get the job done professionally.

Wrapping up maintenance and repairs, hopefully soon we can start pushing dirt and anything else in our way 😁

Please take a moment to watch the before video and check out the after photos of this property that was abandoned for many years. After spending a couple days clearing trees, and mulching we were able to breathe some new life into what used to be a farm. The only two buildings left standing are this old farmhouse and 1800s Barn.

Got lucky on this one...remembering the day we buttoned up the road from all the storm water work just in time!
