Welcome to Carlsbad Bungalow 8. Larry Sheehan had the pleasure of designing this coastal-inspired infill project of 8 townhomes in Carlsbad Village. The project included an inviting private courtyard to this unique community with a built-in gas grill and fire table with seating area. The rustic yet elegant accent wall and gates are constructed of reclaimed wood and the overhead string lights added an inviting ambiance. Permeable pavers were used to meet stormwater requirements.

The Landscape budget for complete design exceeded $25 million and won numerous awards including: Project of the Year, National Community of the Year – Master Planned Community.
This project was designed and/or managed by one of the partners while at Burton.
