At Online Builders, we believe taking care of our people goes beyond the jobsite.

Through Tailgate Talk, Keith Reynolds provides a confidential space for construction professionals to talk about mental health, addiction, recovery, and hope.

Beginning in late July, Tailgate Talk will be held twice each month at Online Builders jobsites and participating contractor jobsites throughout our community, creating opportunities for open conversations and support across the construction industry.

Finding the right space isn't just about square footage and location.

The best retail and restaurant projects happen when the right team is assembled before a tenant ever signs a lease. A great broker understands that — and knows that bringing in the right contractors, architects, and consultants early means you can evaluate a space based on the end goal, not just what's visible on a floor plan. Can the space actually support the vision? What will it cost to get it there? Is this the right move for this tenant at this time?

Randee Stratton gets that. As a seasoned tenant retail broker, she doesn't just match clients to square footage — she considers the full picture and builds the right team around each opportunity before making a decision.
