Simcoe Green Homes www.GreenSanDiego.com We are a socially responsible builder of healthy green homes utilizing 'The Healthy Home Method' developed by our Founder, Jim Simcoe.

We offer impact investors a socially responsible investment in healthy green home communities. The investment objectives of SGI is to provide our investors with both a pro-rata share profits from development projects as well as an opportunity to invest in a cause that improves communities. We believe that green homes represent the biggest opportunity in home building and we are uniquely positioned

to take advantage of that opportunity. Our approach is to acquire raw land and construct small green home communities of 8-18 units. Our communities will feature net-positive homes made with healthy materials that create more energy then they use. The communities will feature homes with large front porches centered around a large courtyard, organic gardens, and walking paths. Our target buyers (young families) want healthy homes that cost less to operate, offer flexible living spaces and conserve natural resources. We believe that SGI is well positioned to take advantage of the emerging trends with home buyers towards smaller, greener homes that foster more interaction with neighbors. Our team has a combined 30 + years experience in sustainable development and green building projects throughout the US.

For example, using steel studs vs. lumber means that we get houses that are stronger, more resilient to fire, and extremely environmentally friendly. A nice win/win for everyone.
