Looking for immediate work? Action Utility is Hiring today for Heavy Machine Operators. This is a job at one of our job sites in Alabama. Sites differ so you’ll never have the same day twice and Operators may work at both residential and commercial sites, and tasks may include clearing/demolition of sites, site construction, land grading. There is also limited highway/roadway work. The jobs are typically easy to do, but they can be physically strenuous. Some tasks may require special training or experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Moving, securing, installing, loading, or unloading materials
• Assisting in setting up for construction on various sites
• Effectively using heavy and light equipment
• Moving construction materials from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor, project manager, or owner
Qualifications & Experience
• No minimal educational requirement
• Experience on commercial construction sites is not required, but it is a plus
• Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience
• Strong work ethic
