Little Lehigh Lumber We have a very large selection of solar kiln dried local hardwoods including many wide walnut crotches and natural edge slabs. Let us know how we can help you.

This will be our twelfth year of operations this year for our sawmill and solar kiln. Wherever possible, I will include a crotch or book match so any project will simply have the finest materials to complete breathtaking woodworkings. All of our wood goes through a slow, gentle process of our solar kiln, which produces about 4 loads per year. Most people prefer the stability of solar dried wood, as it creates a more stable lumber. We have 5/4 inch thick boards of walnut, hickory and ash.

We finished three new walnut crotch pieces for the Lehigh River Festival. They are available now.
The name for the coffee table is The Spine and hip bone. The name for the one end table is The Volcano, while the other end table is Yosemite Falls.
The names come organically once you start the finishing process.
