Here are the inside pictures of the Z'UP North realty building that we remodeled this winter in Tower. It was a fun project to see come together. We did all new windows and doors, tore out all the metal on the walls, furred out, insulated, sheet rocked, taped and mudded all exterior walls. Framed in closing room. Wrapped the center beam and added ceiling tiles on the front and back sections. Installed interior doors, installed window, door, and base trim.

This client needed extra storage space in their cabin. So, we made some rustic hickory raised panel cabinets to match the existing cabinets they had and seamlessly fit them into place! This pig needed a little more than lipstick, so we gave it a full makeover. We replaced the existing 13 windows, framed for and added an additional 8 windows. Replaced all 5 existing entryway doors and added roofs over 3 entryways. We installed 1/2" fanfold insulation on the entire exterior. Replaced all siding with a Marine dusk colored vinyl siding and added black soffit and fascia. There were quite a few surprises dealing with a 100+ year old building, but we are very happy with the end result!

Just finished this 12'x25' Cedar tone treated deck for a customer on Lake Vermilion. Her old cedar deck was ready to fall over. She still has plenty of evenings to sit out and enjoy the beautiful fall colors on Vermilion.

We had a customer who milled and constructed this beautiful Timber frame cabin on Birch Lake. He installed the half log siding on the lower half of the cabin. He had us come in and put the final trim, install Diamond Kote shakes on the upper half of the cabin, and install metal roofing over the porch. He was very pleased with how it turned out.

Just a little bit of caulking and we are wrapping up the exterior of this addition that we have been building on Bear Island Lake. The homeowners are extremely happy with how it is turning out and so are we. Once electrical inspection passes we can start on finishing the inside.

Finished up this small entryway deck in Babbit last week. The old deck was ready to fall apart on them. We used saddle colored Trex decking, skirt boards, and fascia boards and installed a speckled walnut colored aluminum railing.
