Roof repair job, replaced the 1x12 planks cleaned out the bays and then went over it with weather tech plywood. Ice guarded the valley and felted the rest. Layed new dementional shingle and finished off capping. Let me know what you need done. Dm me here or call/text 440 309 8074.

Doing a deck relief job. Tree roots were pushing up the deck joist, so I've cut out what was the issue. Squared a 90 degree angle and ran a 45 on the left and right sides to tie back into the perimeter trim piece. Demo is done now its time to put it back together. Did some light drywall repairs to the ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom and a couple spots here and there on the walls, sanded, textured and primed. Painted the bathroom two tones, with a flat creamy white for the ceilings. All surfaces received 2 coats of paint, Next weekend I'll install the vynl sheet flooring in the bathroom and trim out with a existing stained baseboard.
