Started prepping this one yesterday. Today I cut out the section, cleaned it up, patched it, and prefilled it. Tomorrow I'll sand down the entire ceiling before finishing the patch, repairing five ceiling cracks, retexturing, and repainting!

✔️ Ceiling crack repairs in the dining room

Started this water damge repair and full basement repaint last week. Got it all hung and taped today working on first coat!

What was supposed to be a simple patch and retape of a few seams turned into a full ceiling tear-out—but that’s how it goes sometimes! Got everything taped and coated today, and it’s coming together the right way 💪

By the middle of next week, this one will be wrapped up and I’ll be starting on a water damage repair and full basement repaint.
