A shower was successfully added to the basement half bath, necessitating the cutting of the concrete floor to facilitate the installation of a new drain line. To accommodate the shower, one wall was removed and an additional door was added for access from another room. While adding a shower may not always be cost-effective, this renovation yielded a favorable outcome.

This deck, situated very close to the ground, was rotten to the core. The home is going up for sale and budgets are tight, so we replaced the old wood deck with new pressure-treated lumber and will be ready to stain soon

Finished pictures of the spring house project.
This was a good bit of work in a very old spring house original to the farm. It's now a clean and healthy space to use.

Another kitchen renovation complete. This townhouse is now sale-ready thanks to a few simple updates: new cabinets, countertops (formica), and appliances. Additionally, we installed new LVP flooring throughout the first floor, along with new base molding and a fresh coat of paint.
