🌿 NOW HIRING: LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER/TEAM MEMBER
JPs Landscaping is looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape individual to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead a crew, and enjoys working outdoors. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily landscape projects and making sure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and supervise a landscape crew on daily projects
* Perform and oversee landscape maintenance and installation
* Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and professionally
* Operate landscaping equipment and hand tools
* Communicate with customers and management when needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
* Help train and develop crew members
* Take pride in delivering quality workmanship
What We’re Looking For
* Valid driver’s license required
* Previous landscaping experience preferred
* Leadership or crew-lead experience is a plus
* Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
