A fresh course of cedar shingles has a character all its own. Warm color, clean edges, and texture that catches the light. ✨🏠

Slab poured two weeks ago. Framing started last week. Today? First floor sheathed, breezeway framed out, and that waterfront view is starting to take shape. ⏱️🙌

☀️ Progress photos from a waterfront addition and breezeway taking shape in Eastbrook, Maine.

There is something about the framing stage that never gets old. Early morning sunlight streams through the new trusses and wall framing, throwing a grid of shadows across the floor and giving the space a look that will only last for a short time.

This is the stage where the layout, scale, and craftsmanship really start to show. The new breezeway and addition are coming together nicely, and we are excited to keep sharing the progress as this waterfront home takes shape. 🔨🏡
