Had a great experience working with Rick and Abby on this project. Here are a bunch of behind the scene photos that show some of the processes and steps that lead to the end product. Every stone gets worked over at least once before put in the wall and each pin took several hours to cut and grind.

Finished this project for our local bowling alley this week. The owners were great to work with and were in favor of incorporating some stone carving in with the stone veneer. The pins are almost 2' tall and the ball is 13". There will be a metal sign attached to the stone, with their logo on it, in the blank space to the left of the pins and lane.

Had the opportunity earlier this year to work on this historical remodel. I was glad I could still remember how to lay brick...it's been awhile! The owners were very particular about details and building things as close to the same as they were 100+ years ago and was well worth it in the end.

Here's a photo dump of my most recent outdoor fireplace from the ground up. Lots of different materials used for a full masonry fireplace and not a fast process either or maybe I'm just getting old... either way it's been a fun project and great people to work for.
